Documentation and downloads for Space Ranger 2.1 and Loupe Browser 6.5 are now available on our redesigned Visium software support site. This site is being maintained temporarily to support older Space Ranger and Loupe Browser versions.
The Visium Spatial Gene Expression Software Suite is a set of software
applications for analyzing and visualizing spatial Gene Expression (GEX) data produced
by the 10x Genomics Visium Platform. The software suite includes Space Ranger and Loupe
Browser.
Analysis pipelines that perform sample demultiplexing, image
alignment, barcode processing, and gene counting.
