If spaceranger is to be run in an environment without access to
the Internet, the pipeline will require a Visium slide layout file via the
--slidefile argument. You can download a layout file for a Visium
slide below. Enter the serial number of the slide (for e.g,
V19L01-041) and press . The layout file will start to
download.
